• Carriers, customs brokers and forwarders: shipment details required to deliver goods to your destination.

We do not sell personal data. Ever.

Trade-related records (orders, invoices, shipping documents) are kept for the period required by Hong Kong tax and customs law, typically 7 years. Lead-only data is kept for as long as the commercial relationship is reasonably active, then archived or deleted on request.
