We aim to respond within one business day. Most applications are reviewed and approved within 24 hours. For some markets (especially first-time entries in a country) we may ask for an introductory call to understand your distribution plan before approving.
Our minimum is one 20 ft container per order. We don't ship LCL or air freight (except for samples). Most distributors start with a 20 ft to test the market, then move to 40 ft or 40 HC as volume grows.
Standard terms are 40% advance on order confirmation, 60% balance 2 weeks before shipment. Africa-based first orders run at 100% advance. Once a few shipments clear, terms move to standard. Everything in USD via Airwallex.
F. Bosch is the legal MDR manufacturer for Examination Gloves and Protective Clothing: our name appears on the Declaration of Conformity. For Surgical Gloves and Hospital Disposables (sterile families), the partner facility is the legal manufacturer and is named on packaging and the DoC. This is the standard industry approach for OEM-branded sterile devices.
Yes, mixed-family orders are one of our specialties. We consolidate the SKUs at a hub before container loading. There's a small consolidation fee. The online order builder will model this automatically once the mixed-order tool launches in Phase 2.
Yes, for qualified distributors. Samples ship from one of three depots (Athens, Bisingen, or Hong Kong) depending on your location. Sample shipping costs are paid by the distributor; the samples themselves are free.
Our manufacturing partner network spans Malaysia, Thailand and China. Every facility operates under our ISO 13485 quality management system. Country of origin is clearly stated on every Certificate of Origin and customs document.
We tailor the document pack to your destination. Most EU markets need EU MDR / EU PPE conformity declarations + Certificate of Origin. Middle Eastern, African and other markets may require additional health-authority paperwork. We handle this per order.
No, F. Bosch products are sold globally as F. Bosch. We can customize packaging artwork to include your name as the distributor, plus country-specific regulatory text. The brand on the box is always F. Bosch.
